Session Types

Participants will select one of the following associated with their submission.

Breakout sessions:

Design an interactive session to share your insights, research, or innovations, highlighting key findings and actionable takeaways. Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes

Please note that we reserve the right to combine sessions, if necessary, which may lead to a shorter speaking slot. You will be notified of this when your submission is selected.

Panel Discussion:

Organize and participate in a dynamic discussion with fellow experts to explore diverse perspectives on a specific topic. Sessions are scheduled for 50 minutes

You will be required to list the expected panelists and their biographical information with your submission.

Demonstration:

Showcase your technology or product in action, giving attendees a hands-on look at its capabilities and impact. 10 minutes per demo

Workshop:

Organize and lead an interactive session designed to build skills, solve problems, or co-create solutions with active participant engagement. Sessions are scheduled for 100 minutes
